SpeakHer Collective was founded in 2025 by Leslie Coles to elevate and amplify women speakers across disciplines—and to make it easier for schools, companies, and mission-driven organizations to discover and book engaging, impactful voices. 

With over 15 years of experience advancing opportunities for women and girls, Leslie has connected with so many brilliant women along the way—several of whom are now part of SpeakHer Collective’s founding group of speakers!
